Electronic Charts for Small Craft

JHA publishes "New Electronic Reference Charts (new pec)" for use by pleasure boats and fishing boats which are active in coastal waters.

They are published on CDs containing chart information necessary for navigation (e.g. depth contours, aids to navigation, obstructions, etc.), which are operative on computers installed with Windows Vista, 7, 8.1 and 10.
